Northwest Community College's Social Service Worker (SSW) program celebrates its 30th anniversary this year. The program has changed its name four times in its 30 years – from Human Service Worker (HSW) to Social Service Worker to Integrated Human Services (IHS) and back to SSW – but the goal has remained the same: giving students quality instruction and the tools necessary to provide professional care in the social service work field. Helping to mark this anniversary are some of the alumni who have built this strong history.
