Every Friday, the Culinary Arts students at NWCC Terrace Campus sell organic sausages and bacon made from scratch with meat from the Hazeltons. I'm not a big meat eater but it all looked so delicious – and was so affordable – that a couple weeks ago, I bought 2 lbs of bacon and three different types of sausages. I also bought some bacon for a friend. The meat was so good that it was all gone by the end of the weekend. And I've already had a second request from my friend to buy more for her next week. Yummm!
